Food has an incredibly medicinal effect

the method is to combine both western research and Traditional Chinese

The Mom or Dad's Main Event Program will take you
through three phases for optimal reproductive health:
1. Clean Up
Many reproductive disorders involve imbalances with the kidney and
liver, as well as toxic substance overload. You will be guided through
a gentle cleansing process (possibly with supplementation) to tonify
these organs and release harmful stored substances from your body.
2. Replenish and Restore
Here is where you learn which healing foods are best suited for
your imbalance and how to prepare them deliciously! Food based supplementation
will be suggested if appropriate. Ample time will be spent on self

3. Maintenence
By this stage you have noticed considerable improvements, but with

| What if I don't have lots of time? |
| Ideally, natural changes through diet and lifestyle need time to implement and slowly impact your body. But the good news is that one healthy meal is all it takes to start improving your state of health! I generally recommend giving yourself at least three months to go through this process, but if you have less time, you can simply make changes faster. |
